This symposium is an occasion to discuss the main theme: "Understanding of Nonequilibrium-Nonstationary Characteristics specific to Chemical-Reacting Phenomena --- Reconsideration of Statistical Theory from the Viewpoint of Modern Chemistry ---", where such chemists and physisists assemble and cooperate together, that know very well the experimental facts of the most recent chemical-reactiong phenomena and the limitation of their theories involved, and that recognize the importance of deep resolution of chemical-reacting phenomena via the fundamental researches of dynamical systems and statistical mechanics, respectively.

The two main purposes are as follows;
(1) To survey the possibility to create new theories by analysing whether the present ones are enough ot not.
(2) To investigate what and where the missing link is in-between experiments and theories or chemistry and physics.

Through the free discussion and opinion exchange among all the participants including the poster presenters and , on the basis of the oral talks by domesitc and foreign speakers, we would like to draw the final remarks of the symposium and deduce the furture perspectives.
