Applying the scheme of nonequilibrium thermodynamics, one then easily obtains the Fokker-Planck equation for simultaneous Brownian motion of N particles in a temperature gradient. This equation accounts for couplings in the motion as a result of hydrodynamic interactions between particles. ********************************************************
