Title: Development and utilization of GUI for optimization program of
semi-empirical parameters

Abstract: 
 GUI stands for Graphical User Interface and makes busy graphics to display
of the information to the user and can do the  basic operation of most by devices
such as a mouse and keyboard. I build GUI by using the language like 
Visual Basic6.0 to make it easy to use the optimization program of semi-empirical 
parameters. a sequence of my study and compare two method of Molecular 
Orbital method, semi empirical method and ab initio method by using the GUI.
