 In this laboratory, molecular orbital (MO) and molecular dynamics (MD)
method are mainly adopted for understanding the dynamics of the natural
phenomena. AMBER is the MD program that is used well in this laboratory, and
the purpose of this seminar is that beginners are able to understand through
