So far, efficient methods have been proposed about calculation of transition amplitude as for Boltzmann operator. However, in real time and complex time form, it is difficult to calculate because of vibrating behavior with respect to real time evolution as known well. So, having researched about a time-dependent process under finite temperature using stochastic quantization method that is expanded into the complex time form, I will report this. *********************************************************************
